Cart, Rod is a Beamcasters section that players solve together with Torc. The Flying Chungus describes his video as covering “the Beamcaster's Cart, Rod and Torc sections”, and Mikan Hako plays them in one video (#5, right after the Vault in #4). Beam colours in these rooms
The beams are the same ones the Vault of the Beamcasters page explains: yellow breaks things, green lets you walk through walls, orange teleports you over obstacles, cyan pushes and violet carries you to the end of the beam. If a room confuses you, check which colour is doing what before you move anything.
The two videos count differently
The Flying Chungus shows 5 Cart, Rod puzzles. Game Guides Channel shows 6, with its first puzzle starting 23 seconds after the zone start. The numbers therefore do not line up one to one between the two videos. Pick one video and follow its numbering.
